On this 2 hours guided tour you will learn aboriginal traditional ways of catching fish using fishing nets. Your tour starts with hotel pick ups and drop off on frozen Great Slave lake where your fishing guide will be waiting for you. Your aboriginal ice fishing experience starts with your fishing guide demonstration of traditional aboriginal ice fishing ways of fishing in winter using fishing nets. You will learn the technic used to set up and retrieving fishing nets. On a lucky day you will be able to witness pike, pickerel or white fish being caught on nets. At the end of demonstration tour you will be saved local pan fried fish lunch. Tour ends with hotel drop off.
